He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Makerere University and a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK). At Tukole Capital Ltd, Ashraf provides strategic oversight in financial governance, credit risk management, and lending discipline.

His background includes leadership roles in tourism and expedition operations. Legal & GovernanceBella is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and Kenya with strong expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Uganda Christian University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of London. As Company Secretary, she ensures strong governance standards and legal compliance.

She has participated in several humanitarian and youth empowerment initiatives and is actively involved with the Uganda Red Cross Society and the Rotaract Club of Makerere University.
